MyRxWallet DAO, LLC is the wholly owned technology and platform-operations subsidiary described throughout this site. MyRxWallet DAO, Inc. is a separately incorporated affiliate, also wholly owned and controlled by MyRxWallet North America Corporation, intended to serve as a longer-term research, development, and governance foundation for the DAO ecosystem. The two entities are distinct and should not be conflated.
Acquired by MyRxWallet North America Corporation in October 2025 in an all-equity transaction with a contractual value of $500 million.
Under the Share Exchange Agreement executed September 22, 2025, the prior sole member transferred 100% of the membership interests in MyRxWallet DAO, LLC to MyRxWallet North America Corporation in exchange for 18,518,518 shares of MyRxWallet North America Corporation common stock at a contractual value of $27 per share. The transaction closed October 27, 2025. No formal third-party appraisal supported the valuation; the value was agreed by the parties and the board.
