Share Exchange Agreement Executed
MyRxWallet North America Corporation and the sole member of MyRxWallet DAO, LLC execute a Share Exchange Agreement to transfer 100% of the membership interests to MyRxWallet North America Corporation for 18,518,518 shares of common stock at a contractual value of $27 per share.
Acquisition Closed
The acquisition of MyRxWallet DAO, LLC by MyRxWallet North America Corporation is completed. MyRxWallet DAO, LLC becomes a 100%-owned technology operating subsidiary.
ONC Inferno Testing Completed
The platform completes all 317 sub-tests of the ONC Inferno v8.0.0 test suite with zero failures, a predicate step toward certification, as disclosed in MyRxWallet's SEC filing.
